تعیین رابطۀ انرژی-عمق شیار در فولاد API X65 با استفاده از نمودارهای نیرو-جابجایی در آزمایش ضربه شارپی

چکیده

در این مقاله رفتار دینامیکی فولاد API X65 تحت بارگذاری ضربه‌ای با استفاده از دستگاه ضربه شارپی مجهزشده به مدار نیروسنج با ظرفیت 450 ژول بررسی گردید. از این دستگاه به دو طریق می‌توان انرژی شکست را به‌دست آورد. در روش اول اختلاف انرژی پتانسیل قبل و بعد از برخورد چکش به نمونه توسط صفحه دیجیتالی دستگاه گزارش می‌شود. در روش دوم از خروجی کرنش‌سنج‌های نصب‌شده روی چکش، نمودار نیرو-جابجایی به‌دست می‌آید و مساحت زیر آن به‌عنوان انرژی شکست فولاد آزمایش‌شده گزارش می‌شود. با استفاده از دستگاه مجهز شده، انرژی شروع ترک، انرژی رشد ترک و انرژی کلی شکست برای هشت گروه نمونه از فولاد آزمایش شده برحسب عمق متفاوت شیار اولیه به‌صورت نمائی محاسبه و گزارش شد. همچنین نیروهای ویژه مورد نیاز برای طراحی سازه‌های تحت بارگذاری دینامیکی استخراج و ارائه گردید. نوآوری مهم تحقیق حاضر حصول هشت ضریب تحصیح جدید به ازای عمق شیار‌های متفاوت نمونه است. ضرایب تصحیح محاسبه شده جدید و میانگین آنها با ضریب تصحیح گزارش شده در تحقیقات قبلی برای مدل‌های مرسوم پیش‌بینی شکست لوله‌های انتقال انرژی فولادی مقایسه شده است که تطابق بسیار خوبی را نشان می‌دهد.
