مقایسه خواص خستگی خمشی و خستگی سایشی آلیاژ آلومینیوم- سیلیسیوم تحت شرایط کاری سامانه رینگ- پیستون موتور

چکیده

پدیده خستگی سایشی در قطعات رینگ و پیستون موتور، باعث ایجاد آسیب و خرابی می‌گردد. در این پژوهش، رفتارهای خستگی سایشی و خستگی خمشی در آلیاژ آلومینیوم- سیلیسیوم پیستون، مقایسه شده است. سپس، تاثیر روانکاری و نیروی تماسی بر عمر خستگی سایشی ماده نیز، بررسی گردیده است. برای این منظور، آزمون‌های خستگی در شرایط بارگذاری کاملا معکوس‌شونده و در دمای محیط انجام شد. برای ایجاد شرایط کاری مشابه، از رینگ پیستون به عنوان پد سایشی استفاده گردید. ضمنا رفتار شکست ماده طی پدیده خستگی، به کمک میکروسکوپ روبشی نشر میدانی، مطالعه شد. نتایج مشخص کرد که رفتار شکست آلیاژ آلومینیوم پیستون عمدتا ترد بوده است و در برخی نواحی رفتار شکست نیمه ترد مشاهده شد. همچنین، عمر خستگی سایشی ماده بین 84 تا 95 درصد نسبت به عمر خستگی خمشی، کاهش یافت. اعمال روانکار باعث افزایش قابل توجه 43 تا 75 درصدی عمر خستگی گردید. استفاده از روغن و کاهش نیروی تماسی از 20 به 10 نیوتن، باعث بهبود 16 برابری عمر خستگی سایشی در آلیاژ کوئنچ‌شده آلومینیوم- سیلیسیوم، تحت سطح تنش 150 مگاپاسکال گردید.
