The Journal of Solid and Fluid Mechanics is prepared to publish specialized articles in all areas of mechanical engineering and interdisciplinary topics related to this scientific branch. Therefore, all professors, students, researchers, and industry professionals are invited to submit their new research, fundamental studies, and innovative ideas for publication in this journal. It is worth mentioning that this journal adopts a consistent approach in inviting research with numerical, analytical, and laboratory aspects. Additionally, the opportunity to publish new articles in the field of numerical and analytical methods (including both deterministic and stochastic perspectives) in mechanical engineering has been provided. Finally, it is noted that the primary policy of this journal is to expedite the peer-review process and determine the fate of articles in the shortest possible time.

Website Archiving
All articles are archived in two ways. The full-text PDF versions of articles are available online on the journal's website for readers. Backup copies of articles are also maintained on the journal's office computers. In case of website issues and loss of article information, each article will be republished online on the journal's website within 24-36 hours.
Indexing Databases
Main information and abstracts of published articles are indexed in several databases. Additionally, besides main information, full-text PDF versions of all articles are archived in the Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC) and the Iranian Scientific Journals System, as well as the Magiran archive.
Self-Archiving
All authors can immediately archive their articles on their personal systems or the website of their institution after publication on the journal's website.
Copyright Policy
Authors transfer their intellectual property rights to the journal, allowing anyone to download the content, provided that proper attribution to the original authors and source is given.
Article Processing Charge (APCs)
Currently, the journal does not charge any fees from authors for the review and publication of their articles. The financial supporter of the journal is Shahrood University of Technology.
