The effect of three independent variables on tensile and flexural strength properties of hybrid quaternary nanocomposite was investigated in current study. Carbon fiber orientation, weight percentage of nano clay and weight percentage of nano Tio2 were selected as input parameters. Minitab software was selected for design of experiments and Taguchi orthogonal array design was used for generating experiments .16 samples were prepared and tested for each response based on designed levels recommended by Taguchi and test standards. The results collected from tests indicated that the minimum value of flexural strength occurred in design level 13 with the magnitude of 2.8 Mpa and input parameters of 90 degree of fiber orientation, 0.5 wt% of nano clay and 2 wt% ofnano Tio2 respectively and the maximum value of flexural strength was 26.6 Mpa which occurred in design level 2 with 0 degree of fiber orientation, 1.5 wt% of nano clay and 1 wt% of nano Tio2 . Also the maximum value of tensile strength occurred in design level 2 with the magnitude of 470.3 Mpa. The corresponding values of input parameters for this level were 0 degree of fiber orientation, 1.5 wt% of nano clay and 1 wt% of nano Tio2 and the minimum value of tensile strength occurred in design level 16 with related levels of 90 degree of fiber orientation, 3,5wt% of nano clay and 0.5 wt% of Tio2 and the magnitude of 69.5 Mpa.
