In this study, surface nanocomposites were fabricated using Silicon Carbide (SiC) micro- and nano-size particles and carbon nanotubes (CNT) on 6061 aluminum substrate by the FSP method. For this purpose, the tool rotational speed of 1000 rpm, the feed rate of 35 mm/min, and the tool tilt angle of 3 degrees relative to the vertical axis were used. The microstructure, hardness and abrasion resistance of nanocomposite samples were studied. The results showed that the specimen containing of nano SiC had a more finer and homogenous distribution in the composite compared to specimen subjected to FSP without reinforcement. The results of the hardness test showed that performing FSP operation and adding reinforcing particles increased the hardness of the sample compared with the unreinforced sample. Moreover, the highest hardness rate was related to the sample containing SiC nanoparticles, which showed 185% improvement in comparison with the unreinforced sample. Furthermore, performing the FSP operation without adding reinforcing particles resulted in a 43% increase in hardness compared with the sample that had not gone through that operation. The results of the abrasion test showed an improvement in weight loss after the FPS operation and the addition of reinforcing particles. The highest abrasion resistance and the lowest coefficient of friction belonged to the sample containing SiC nanoparticles and CNT nanotubes, which indicated 81% lower weight loss than the unreinforced sample.}, keywords = {Al6061,Silicon carbide,Carbon Nanotube,Friction Stir Processing}, title_fa = {بررسی ریزساختار و رفتار مکانیکی کامپوزیت سطحی Al/SiC/CNT تولید شده به روش فراوری اصطکاکی اغتشاشی}, abstract_fa = {فراوری اصطکاکی اغتشاشی (FSP) می‌تواند خواص سطحی مانند مقاومت به سایش، سختی، استحکام و شکل‌پذیری را بدون تاثیر بر خواص حجمی مواد بهبود بخشد. در این پژوهش، کامپوزیت سطحی با استفاده از ذرات کاربید سیلیسیم (SiC) با اندازه میکرو و نانو و نانولوله‌ کربن (CNT) بر زیر لایه آلومینیوم 6061 به‌وسیله FSP ایجاد شد. بدین منظور از سرعت چرخش ابزار rpm 1000 و سرعت حرکت mm/min 35 و زاویه ابزار 3 درجه نسبت به محور عمود استفاده شد. ریزساختار، سختی و مقاومت به سایش نمونه‌های کامپوزیتی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد اندازه دانه‌های نمونه حاوی نانوذرات SiC ریزتر و توزیع یکنواخت‌تری در مقایسه با نمونه FSP شده بدون تقویت‌کننده دارد. نتایج آزمون سختی نشان داد انجام عملیات FSP و افزودن ذرات تقویت‌کننده باعث افزایش سختی نسبت به نمونه بدون تقویت‌کننده شد. همچنین، بیشترین میزان سختی مربوط به نمونه حاوی نانوذرات SiC بود که نسبت به نمونه بدون تقویت‌کننده 185 درصد بهبود نشان داد. همچنین انجام عملیات FSP بدون افزودن ذرات تقویت‌کننده افزایش 43 درصدی سختی نسبت به نمونه بدون عملیات را به دنبال داشت. نتایج حاصل از آزمون سایش بهبود کاهش وزن بعد از عملیات FPS و افزودن تقویت‌کننده را نشان داد. بیشترین مقاومت به سایش و کمترین ضریب اصطکاک برای نمونه حاوی نانوذرات SiC و CNT بود که نسبت به نمونه بدون تقویت‌کننده 81 درصد کاهش وزن کم‌تری داشت.}, keywords_fa = {آلومینیوم Al6061,کاربید سیلیسیم,نانولوله کربن,فراوری اصطکاکی اغتشاشی}, url = {https://jsfm.shahroodut.ac.ir/article_2435.html}, eprint = {https://jsfm.shahroodut.ac.ir/article_2435_42b6dcf6b48bd2caa0356dc0e975af83.pdf} }
