مطالعه تجربی و عددی برخورد مرمی به صفحه فلزی با استفاده از معیار آسیب نرم هوپیوترا

چکیده

صفحات فلزی فولادی و آلومینیومی و هم‌چنین کامپوزیت‌ها کاربرد بسیار زیادی در صنایع نظامی و هوا‌‌‌‌فضا داشته، حفظ ایمنی آن‌ها در برابر گلوله‌ها و مرمی‌ها و پیش بینی ناحیه آسیب دیده در اثر برخورد گلوله یا مرمی یکی از چالش‌های مهندسین و محققین است. در این پژوهش ابتدا، با استفاده از روش اجزاء محدود، مکانیک آسیب و معیار آسیب نرم هوپیوترا موجود در نرم‌افزار آباکوس، اثر برخورد مستقیم مرمی به یک صفحه آلومینیومی مورد استفاده در صنایع نظامی شبیه‌سازی شده و نتایج به صورت عددی حاصل می‌گردد. سپس، تاثیر زاویه برخورد مرمی به صفحه بر روی مساحت و عمق ناحیه آسیب دیده مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد. به منظور اعتبارسنجی نتایج، آزمایش شلیک مرمی به صفحه آلومینیومی تحت زوایای مربوطه به صورت عملی انجام شده و نتایج حاصله با نتایج شبیه‌سازی مقایسه می‌گردد. مقایسه نتایج عددی و تجربی آشکار می‌کند که شبیه‌سازی‌ها از دقت مناسبی برخوردار می‌باشند. بنابراین، نتیجه‌گیری می‌شود که معیار آسیب نرم هوپیوترا به خوبی قادر است ناحیه تخریب شده و شکست را در حالت‌های تغییرشکل با نرخ کرنش بالا پیش‌بینی نماید.
