طراحی، ساخت و کنترل یک نوع مچ کروی جدید همه جهته
در این مقاله نوع جدیدی از مچ کروی ارائه شدهاست. با استفاده از طراحی، مدلسازی به کمک نرم افزار کتیا انجام شده با تحلیل به کمک نرم افزار آدامز برای انتخاب موتور مناسب تحلیل انجام گرفته و مکانیزم نوع جدیدی توسط محورهای تودرتو به کمک چرخدندههای مخروطی ایجاد شدهاست که میتواند دوران نامحدود و بدون تکینگی را برای مچ ایجاد کند. این مچ با توجه به ساختار و مکانیزم انتقال نیرو، قابلیت استفاده برروی انواع ربات جهت کاربردهای با دقت بالا و حرکات پیوسته و بدون تکینگی را داراست. با توجه به نقشهها، ساخت مدل جهت قالبگیری و ریختهگری قطعات انجام شده و با عملیات ماشینکاری ابعاد قطعات به استاندارد نقشه میرسد و بعد از مونتاژ قطعات قسمت مکانیکی آن آماده شدهاست. سینماتیک مستقیم و معکوس زوایای دوران برای جهتگیری مچ به دست آمده و موقعیت مجرینهایی با توجه به سینماتیک ربات محاسبه شدهاست. جهت شبیهسازی و رسم نمودارهای حاصل از تست تجربی، از نرمافزار متلب استفاده شدهاست. در انتها کنترلکننده PD جهت کنترل زوایای سمت، غلت و فراز طراحی شده و تغییرات لازم جهت بهبود کنترل مچ در کنترلکننده اعمال شده-است. سپس کنترلکننده بر روی میکروکنترلرهای مبتنی بر AVR پیادهسازی شده است و نتایج شبیهسازی به صورت نظری و تجربی صحت سنجی شدهاست.

طراحی و شبیه سازی شتاب سنج حرارتی MEMS با حساسیت بهینه شده و قابلیت اندازه گیری شتاب در دو محور
در این مقاله، یک میکروحسگر شتاب با طرحی ساده، هزینه ساخت پائین، حجم و وزن کم و همچنین حساس به شتابهای بسیار کوچک با قابلیت اندازهگیری شتاب در دو محور طراحی شده است. در طرح پیشنهادی از روش حرارتی - همرفتی برای اندازهگیری شتاب استفاده شده است. این میکرو حسگر شامل یک المان گرمکننده (هیتر) و دو جفت حسگر دما (دیتکتور) میباشد. با اعمال شتاب در راستای محور X یا Y دمای دیتکتورها متناسب با شتاب اعمالی تغییر می کند. دو مرحله شبیهسازی و بهینهسازی میکروحسگر بترتیب با استفاده از روش المان محدود و روش تاگوچی انجام شده است. پارامترهای هندسی و شرایط محیطی ساختار شتابسنج مذکور، تاثیر بالایی در افزایش حساسیت آن، که از مهمترین فاکتورهای خروجی آن می باشد، دارند. در این پژوهش، تاثیر ابعاد هندسی و شرایط محیطی شتاب-سنج حرارتی بر حساسیت خروجی سنسور مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. سطح بهینه متغیرهای مذکور برای دستیابی به حساسیت ماکزیمم با تحلیل ضرایب سیگنال به نویز (S/N) و ترتیب اهمیت تاثیر متغیرها بر حساسیت سنسور با آنالیز واریانس ضرایب سیگنال به نویز تعیین شد. با تنظیم متغیرهای مورد مطالعه بر روی سطوح بهینه، حساسیت سنسور نسبت به میانگین نتایج شبیه سازی های انجام شده 77/12 برابر شد. با انتخاب بهترین مقادیر برای پارامترهای هندسی، حساسیت ̊ c/g 23/0 در محیط هوا و ̊c/g70/0 در محیط گاز دیاکسیدکربن به دست آمد.

تخمین ضریب تمرکز تنش صفحات تک لایه کامپوزیتی حاوی گشودگی های مثلثی با استفاده از رگرسیون خطی چندگانه
هدف از انجام این مقاله ارائه مدلی جدید بر پایه روش رگرسیونی جهت تخمین ضریب تمرکز تنش در گشودگی مثلثی در صفحات تکلایه کامپوزیتی میباشد. از کاربردهای مهم ارائه توزیع تنش در اطراف گشودگی بر حسب خواص مکانیکی، استفاده از این روابط در تحلیل تنش صفحات ویسکوالاستیک دارای گشودگی با استفاده از روش مدول مؤثر و یا اصل برهمنهی بولتزمن است. در ابتدا با استفاده از مقادیر مختلف خواص مکانیکی کامپوزیتها، و به کمک حلّی تحلیلی برپایه روش متغیر مختلط، ضریب تمرکرتنش برای تعداد متعددی از این مواد محاسبه میشود؛ سپس با استفاده از رگرسیون خطی چندگانه برای گشودگی مثلثی رابطهای صریح برای ضریب تمرکز تنش برحسب خواص مکانیکی ارائه میشود. نتایج بیان میکند که مدل رگرسیونی قادر به پیشبینی تنش محیطی با حداکثر خطای کمتر از 1 درصد میباشد. نکته قابل توجه در این مقاله کاهش محاسبات بهوسیله رابطهی مذکور میباشد. برای محاسبه تمرکز تنش در سایر مقالات موجود در این زمینه، از محاسبات سخت و پیچیده بهره جستند؛ اما با کمک رابطه موجود در این مقاله میتوان با داشتن خواص مکانیکی ورق ضریب تمرکز تنش را محاسبه کرد.

طراحی الگوریتمهای کنترلی انتگرال-مشتق گیر- تناسبی مرتبه کسری و معمولی همراه با بررسی تجربی عملکرد آن برای کنترل موقعیت زاویهای کوادروتور
در این مقاله به طراحی و پیاده سازی الگوریتم کنترلی PID و PID مرتبه کسری با استفاده از الگوریتمهای فراابتکاری برای کنترل موقعیت زاویهای کوادروتور پرداخته شده و عملکرد این دو کنترل مورد ارزیابی و مقایسه قرار گرفته شده است. استفاده محاسبات کسری در الگوریتم کنترلی PID منجر به پاسخ مطلوبتری نسبت مشتق و انتگرال مرتبهی اول میشود. به منظور طراحی بهینهی کنترلر از الگوریتمهای بهینهسازی ژنتیک و الگوریتم ازدحام ذرات برای تنظیم بهرههای کنترلی و تعیین مرتبههای مشتق و انتگرال استفاده شده است و عملکرد این دو روش بهینهسازی در کاهش تابع هزینه که منجر به کنترل بهتر ربات میشود، مقایسه شدهاند. به منظور بررسی تجربی عملکرد الگوریتم کنترلی PID، بستر آزمایشگاهی شامل کوادروتور و حسگرهای ژیروسکوپ و شتابسنج با قابلیت حرکت سه درجه آزادی و یک درجه آزادی توسعه داده شده است. فیلتر کالمن با ادغام اطلاعات خروجی حسگرهای ژیروسکوپ و شتابسنج، نویز حسگرها را حذف نموده و تخمین مناسبی از موقعیت زاویهای سازه ارایه میدهد. عملکرد الگوریتم کنترلی PID با ورودیهای پله و هنگام اعمال اغتشاشات خارجی ضربهای مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته شده است.

مطالعه عددی و تجربی اثر سرعت شکل دهی در فرآیند کشش عمیق گرم گرادیانی
استفاده از آلیاژهای آلومینیم و منیزیم به علت شکل پذیری پایین آنها در دمای محیط، در مقایسه با فولادها همراه با محدودیت هایی است. ابداع روش های نوین جهت افزایش شکل پذیری این آلیاژها، همواره در صنعت شکل دهی فلزات ورق مورد تحقیق قرار گرفته است. تحقیقات صورت گرفته افزایش چشمگیر شکل پذیری آلیاژهای آلومینیم و منیزیم را با افزایش دما نشان داده است. در نتیجه ضرورت کاربرد فرآیند های شکل دهی گرم، مطالعه و بررسی پارامتر های تاثیر گذار بر فرآیند را ایجاب می کند. در این مقاله مطالعه عددی و تجربی اثر سرعت شکل دهی در فرآیند کشش عمیق گرم گرادیانی قطعات استوانه ای برای ورق آلیاژی آلومینیم 5083 با ضخامت mm2 مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. بدین منظور آزمایش هایی در سه سرعت 60، 200 و mm/min378 در دماهای مختلف با نیروی ورقگیر ثابت انجام شده است. تاثیر سرعت شکل دهی بر روی نیروی سنبه، توزیع ضخامت و رفتار گوشواره ای، و نیز نسبت کشش حدی و گرادیان دما مورد بحث و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. نتایج نشان می دهد که با افزایش دما و کاهش سرعت شکل دهی، نیروی سنبه کاهش و نسبت کشش افزایش یافته و همچنین توزیع ضخامت یکنواخت تری ایجاد شده است. همچنین مشاهده شده که با افزایش دما، تعداد و موقعیت گوشواره ها علی رغم کاهش دامنه، ثابت مانده است.

تحلیل بار ضربه ای وارد شونده به صفحات ترمیم کننده باند فرودگاه با درنظر گرفتن تغییر شکل تایر هواپیما
هدف از این مقاله، بررسی استحکام صفحات آلومینیومی 6061-T6 ترمیم کننده باند فرودگاه تحت ضربهی ناشی از فرود هواپیما، با درنظر گرفتن اثرات دمپینگ تایر هواپیما میباشد. تایر هواپیما، با استفاده از معیار مادهی هایپرالاستیک مونی ـ ریولین مدل شد. پارامترهای تأثیر گذار بر استحکام صفحات شامل تغییر سرعت عمودی در مقادیر 5/1، 2، 5/2 و 3 متر بر ثانیه و سرعت افقی در مقادیر 42، 45، 50، 55 و 60 متر بر ثانیه، و شاخص خاک در مقادیر 5، 10، 15، 20 و 25 و عمق خاک در مقادیر 160، 200، 300 و 500 میلیمتر، بررسی شد. نتایج نشان دادند که با افزایش سرعتهای عمودی و افقی فرود، تنش ایجاد شده در این صفحات افزایش مییابد، اما با افزایش مقدار شاخص خاک، تنش کاهش مییابد. در عین حال عمقهای بیش از 300 میلیمتر برای مدلسازی عمق خاک تاثیر معناداری در تنشهای بهوجود آمده در صفحات ندارد. مقدار توصیه شده برای ایجاد یک شرایط مناسب و ایمن برای مقادیر شاخص خاک برابر 15 و یا بالاتر به دست آمده است. مقایسه نتایج به دست آمده با نتایج حاصل از عدم لحاظ نمودن اثر دمپینگ تایر نشان داده است که بدون درنظر گرفتن اثرات دمپینگ، تنشها 15 درصد بزرگتر میباشند.

تحلیل عددی و تجربی نفوذ گلوله زرهی در اهداف فولادی فوق مستحکم
در این مقاله به بررسی نفوذ گلوله کالیبر 5/14میلی متری در ورقهای فولادی فوق مستحکم هارداکس 450 و هارداکس 500 با ضخامت 30 میلیمتر پرداخته میشود. با توجه به پیچیدگی پدیده برخورد، به منظور شبیهسازی دقیق فرآیند و بیان رفتار دقیق مکانیکی مواد از مدل پلاستیسیته و شکست جانسون-کوک و معادله حالت مای-گرونایزن استفاده شده است. برای تایید صحت شبیهسازی های انجام شده، اندازهگیری تجربی بر روی ورقهای فولادی انجام شد و مطابقت خوبی با نتایج اجزاء محدود مشاهده گردید. با توجه به شرایط تعیین شده در استاندارد، هارداکس500 با ضخامت 30 میلیمتر با ضریب اطمینان بالایی در برابر نفوذ کامل گلوله با سرعت اولیه m/s911 مقاومت میکند به طوری که در بدترین شرایط یعنی زاویه برخورد 90 بیشترین عمق نفوذ به 15میلیمتر میرسد. در مقابل در شرایط یکسان گلوله به طور کامل در هارداکس 450 نفوذ خواهد کرد. نتایج شبیهسازیهای اجزاء محدود برای هر دو جنس با زوایای برخورد از 30 تا 90 درجه نشان داد با کاهش زاویه برخورد علاوه بر کاهش میزان نفوذ، نحوه بازگشت گلوله نیز در زاویه مشخصی تغییر خواهدکرد به طوری که برای هارداکس 450 این زاویه برابر با 40 درجه و برای هارداکس 500 برابر با 60 درجه بدست آمد. با تکرار شبیهسازیها در سرعتهای مختلف در محدوده m/s 1200-200 برای هر دو جنس حد بالستیک آنها محاسبه شد و حد بالستیک برای هارداکس 500 برابر با m/s 1200 و برای هارداکس 450 حدود m/s 900 بدست آمد.

بررسی ناپایداری و رفتار ارتعاشی میکروتیرژیروسکوپی با در نظر گرفتن گستردگی جرم گواه
در پژوهش حاضر رفتار ارتعاشی میکروتیر ژیروسکوپی با ساختار تیر بررسی می گردد. میکروژیروسکوپ دارای یک تیر یکسرگیردار و یک جرم گواه گسترده ای است که توسط میدان الکتریکی تحریک می گردد. بر مبنای گستردگی جرم گواه یک مدل و فرمولاسیون توسعه یافته برای بررسی ناپایداری و رفتار ارتعاشی میکروژیروسکوپ ارائه می گردد. با در نظر گرفتن جرم گواه به صورت گسترده، توزیع نیروهای الکترو استاتیک از حالت متمرکز به گسترده تغییر یافته و گشتاورهای ناشی از آن نیز در رفتار ژیروسکوپ تاثیر گذار خواهد بود. معادلات حاصل با کمک روش گالرکین کاهش مرتبه یافته و از طریق روش های تحلیلی و عددی حل می گردند. پارامتر بی بعد مهمی تحت عنوان پارامتر بی بعد طول، در این پژوهش معرفی می گردد. این پارامتر عبارت از طول جرم گواه گسترده نسبت به طول میکرو تیر است. اثر این پارامتر در رفتار استاتیکی، دینامیکی، ارتعاشی و فرکانس های طبیعی سیستم بررسی می شود. در طول محاسبات و نتیجه گیری مشخص خواهد شد که با افزایش این پارامتر بی-بعد، اختلاف در نتایج حاصل از فرض متمرکز به گسترده بیشتر خواهد شد.

مطالعه و تحلیل تجربی تأثیر روانکار و تحریک اولتراسونیک ابزار سَرنیمکروی بر مولفه عمودی نیروی شکل دهی در فرآیند SPIF
ورقهای آلیاژی آلومینیم با توجه به دارا بودن ویژگیهای خاص، کاربرد چشمگیری در صنایع گوناگون یافتهاند. از سوی دیگر، به دلیل قابلیت شکلپذیری کم، شکلدهی آنها در دمای اتاق به آسانی صورت نمیپذیرد. از اینرو، برای تسهیل شکلدهی، میتوان از روشهای شکلدهی گرم نیز استفاده نمود که این امر منجر به اکسیداسیون ماده میشود. در فرآیند شکلدهی تدریجی تکنقطهای (SPIF)، ورق فلزی با حرکت موضعی ابزار سَرنیمکروی، شکلدهی میشود. در این پژوهش، با اِعمال ارتعاش اولتراسونیک به ابزار، فرآیند SPIF به کمک ارتعاش اولتراسونیک (UVaSPIF) توسعه داده شد که این امر سبب بهبود قابلیت شکل پذیری ورق در دمای اتاق گردید. در مقاله پیشرو، تأثیر ارتعاش اولتراسونیک و روانکار بر رفتار نیروی شکلدهی مورد بررسی قرار میگیرد. بدین منظور ابزار سَرنیمکروی به قطر 20 میلیمتر و با فرکانس طبیعی 4/20 کیلوهرتز، طراحی و ساخته شد. ظهور مود طولی ارتعاش و وقوع پدیدهی رزونانس در ابزار توسط نتایج حاصل از تحلیل مودال و تست تجربی به تأیید رسید. نتایج تجربی حاصل از آزمون شیار مستقیم بر روی ورق فلزی Al 1050-O نشان داد که در فرآیند UVaSPIF، اِعمال ارتعاش بدون حضور روانکار و در فرآیند SPIF، استفاده از روانکار، بیشترین تأثیر را بر کاهش مولفه عمودی نیروی شکل-دهی دارد.

شبیه سازی عددی جریان هوا در مجاری نای- برونشی انسان
شناخت رفتار و الگوی جریان در مجاری تنفسی انسان به علت اینکه اساس شناخت حرکت و نشست ذرات در سیستم تنفسی است و کمک به پیشبینی اثر داروهای تنفسی، آلایندهها و بیماریهایی از جمله سرطان میکند، در دهههای اخیر مورد توجه محققین قرار گرفته است. از این رو در این مطالعه اثر دو شرط مرزی: (1) دبی جریان خروجی یکسان در تمامی خروجیها و (2) فشار ایستای برابر با صفر در تمامی خروجیها، و تغییرات دبی ورودی جریان بر روی توزیع دبی جریان، الگوی جریان و نواحی جریان بازگشتی، به صورت پایا در نرخهای تنفسی 12 تا 48 لیتر بر دقیقه، برای مدلی سه بعدی، نامتقارن و شامل 4 نسل از مجاری نای-برونشی به صورت عددی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. تخمین توزیع دبی جریان در ریه در مقایسه با توزیع واقعی دبی در حالت استفاده از شرط مرزی 1 به مراتب بهتر از شرط مرزی 2 میباشد. با افزایش دبی ورودی، توزیع دبی در حالت استفاده از شرط مرزی 2 تغییر نمیکند ولی در استفاده از شرط مرزی 1 دستخوش تغییرات میشود. الگوی جریان در مقاطع پایینی به علت انحنای مجاری که باعث بهوجود آمدن جریان دین میشود، به مراتب پیچیدهتر از مقاطع بالایی است بهخصوص هنگامی که این انحنا در صفحهای غیر مسطح با مجرای قبلی باشد. نواحی جریان بازگشتی در حالت استفاده از شرط مرزی 2 بیشتر از دیگر حالتها است و با افزایش دبی ورودی بر تعداد آنها افزایش مییابد.

تحلیل عددی پدیده نشست ذرات گرد و غبار در مبدلهای حرارتی فشرده با استفاده از رویکرد لاگرانژی
در این مقاله اثر اندازه ذرات در نشست آنها برروی سطوح مبدل حرارتی فشرده به صورت عددی بررسی شده و تأثیر افزایش جرم ذرات و سرعت جریان بر نشست ذرات مطالعه گردیده است. تحلیل عددی فاز سیال با استفاده از رویکرد اویلری و مدل سازی نشست ذرات با استفاده از رویکرد لاگرانژی و مدل فاز گسسته (DPM) به همراه کدهای عددی تعریف شده در انسیس- فلوئنت انجام شده است. برای شبیهسازی اثرات توربولانسی از مدل SST K-ω استفاده گردیده است. مطالعه برروی هندسه سه بعدی پنج ردیف کانال مبدل حرارتی فشرده انجام شده و جریان هوا با سرعت m/s 5-1 و همچنین ذرات با اندازه های مختلف از محل ورودی هوا، وارد آن شدهاند. نتایج نشان میدهد که افت فشار جریان هوا با افزایش اندازه ذرات و جرم آن ها افزایش یافته است. همچنین نرخ نشست ذرات با افزایش اندازه آنها افزایش یافته و ذرات جامد عمدتاً جلوی کانال و بر روی کنگرههای ردیف اول و دوم کانالهای پره نشست کردهاند. اثر ورود همزمان ذرات ریز و درشت به همراه یکدیگر بررسی شده و مشاهده گردید که احتمال نشست ذرات ریز در حضور ذرات درشتتر، افزایش مییابد.

بررسی عددی نرخ انتقال حرارت اطراف سیلندر بیضوی همدما تحت جریان پالسی
در این پژوهش، اثرات فرکانس و دامنه بیبعد جریان پالسی بر نرخ انتقال حرارت اطراف سیلندر بیضوی با نسبت بیضویت 0.6 و 0.2=e تحت زوایای مختلف ˚90و ˚60، ˚30، ˚0= θ و همچنین برای نسبت بیضویت1=e (سیلندر دایروی) بررسی شده است. بدین منظور، ابتدا جریان اطراف سیلندر با نسبت بیضویت1=e تحت جریان پالسی و غیرپالسی حل شده و در ادامه با نتایج حاصل از سیلندر بیضوی تحت زوایای حمله و نسبت بیضویت مختلف مقایسه شده است. بنابراین، جریان پالسی عبوری روی سیلندر بیضوی، در محدوده عدد استروهال پالسی (0.1-2)=St و دامنه بیبعد جریان پالسی 0.75=A در عدد رینولدز 100= Re مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. در تمام حالات، سیلندر بیضوی دمای ثابتی بیشتر از دمای سیال اطراف را دارد. جریان پالسی از عواملی است که میتواند روی نرخ انتقال حرارت مؤثر واقع شود، برطبق نتایج بیان شده در این پژوهش، جریان پالسی برروی سیلندر بیضوی، در مواردی میتواند سبب افزایش نرخ انتقال حرارت شود. اما در صورت کلی، تغییر در مقدار عدد ناسلت در جریان پالسی وابسته به فرکانس و دامنه بیبعد جریان پالسی میباشد.

بهینهیابی موقعیت منابع حرارتی در جابجایی طبیعی توأم با تابش سطحی در یک محفظه دو بعدی به کمک الگوریتم بهینهسازی ازدحام ذرات
در این مقاله، تحلیل عددی انتقال حرارت جابجایی طبیعی توأم با تابش سطحی در یک محفظه دو بعدی، به منظور یافتن موقعیت بهینه منابع حرارتی شارثابت مرزی برای مینیمسازی دمای سطح منابع حرارتی به کمک الگوریتم ازدحام ذرات انجام میشود. هوا به عنوان یک سیال تراکم ناپذیر و محیط درون محفظه شفاف و جریان سیال آرام و پایا در نظر گرفته میشود. سطوح محفظه نیز کدر، پخشی و خاکستری فرض میشود. معادلات حاکم با فرمولبندی تابع جریان و ورتیسیته با روش اختلاف محدود حل میشود. دمای ماکزیمم سطح منابع حرارتی و موقعیت منابع حرارتی به ترتیب به عنوان تابع هدف و متغیرهای طراحی انتخاب میگردد. نتایج نشان میدهد مقدار مینیمم دمای بیبعد ماکزیمم سطح منبع حرارتی با افزایش ضریب صدور یا عدد رایلی، کاهش مییابد. با افزایش عدد رایلی نیز موقعیت بهینه منابع حرارتی برای چیدمان با یک منبع حرارتی و دو منبع حرارتی به سمت کف نزدیک میشود. با افزایش ضریب صدور در هر عدد رایلی نیز موقعیت بهینه مرکز سطح منابع حرارتی به سمت مرکز نزدیک میشود و در چیدمان با دو و سه منبع حرارتی به یکدیگر نزدیک است.

سربالکها یکی از ابزارهای مورد استفاده برای کاهش اثرات گردابههای نوک بال میباشند. در این پژوهش، به بررسی تجربی اثرات نصب سربالک منحنی دوباله بر روی یک مدل ریز پهپاد بهمنظور کاهش گردابههای نوک بال پرداخته شده است. آزمایشها در یک تونل باد مدارباز در سرعت 16 متر بر ثانیه و در زاویه حمله 10 درجه انجام شده است. عدد رینولدز بر اساس وتر آئرودینامیکی متوسط بال 38000 میباشد. بهمنظور اندازهگیری سرعت متوسط و شدت اغتشاشها، از دستگاه جریانسنج سیم داغ یکبعدی استفاده شده است. نتایج برای حالت بدون نصب سربالک نشانگر یک ساختار گردابهای شکل در پشت بال است که به دلیل اختلاف فشار ایجاد شده بر روی سطوح بالایی و پایینی بال است. شدت اغتشاشها در مرکز گردابه به بیشینه مقدار خود میرسد که با فاصله گرفتن از مدل این مقدار کاهش می-یابد. نتایج نشان میدهند که در حضور سربالک دو ساختار گردابهای شکل در اطراف بال به وجود میآید که گردابهی بزرگتر در اطراف بالک پایینی و گردابهی کوچکتر در اطراف نوک بالک بالایی تشکیل شده است.

طراحی، ساخت و مدلسازی یک آبشیرینکن حوضچهای خورشیدی جدید و بررسی عملکرد آن
در این تحقیق یک آبشیرینکن جدید با عنوان آبشیرینکن حوضچه خورشیدی با متمرکز کننده سهموی خطی طراحی و ساختهشده است. این آبشیرینکن از یک کلکتور سهموی خطی که تابش را به زیر (کف) حوضچه خورشیدی متمرکز میکند و یک حوضچه خورشیدی که در خط تمرکز کلکتور قرارگرفته، تشکیلشده است. عملکرد آبشیرینکن در شرایط واقعی موردبررسی قرارگرفته و اثر اضافه کردن سیمهای استیل (اسفنجهای سیمی) به آب درون حوضچه و استفاده از سایبان بر روی فینهای کندانسور بر عملکرد دستگاه مورد آزمایش قرارگرفته است. نتایج بهدستآمده نشان داد که استفاده از سیمهای استیل و سایبان باعث بهبود عملکرد دستگاه به ترتیب به میزان 7/17 درصد و 3/6 درصد میشود. بهمنظور تخمین کارایی آبشیرینکن در شرایط مختلف، یک مدل حرارتی برای آبشیرینکن توسعه دادهشده و معادلات حاکم در نرمافزار متلب پیادهسازی و حلشدهاند. با استفاده از این مدل تغییرات دمای آب، دمای صفحه جاذب و میزان آب تولیدی در طول روز تخمین زدهشده و با دادههای تجربی آبشیرینکن مقایسه شده است. نتایج نشان میدهند که همخوانی خوبی بین نتایج تجربی و نتایج مدل حرارتی وجود دارد (متوسط خطا در تخمین همه متغیرها کمتر از 6). نهایتاً با استفاده از این مدل رفتار دستگاه در روزهای منتخب فصول مختلف مورد ارزیابی قرارگرفته است.

مطالعه اثر نانو سیال در تبادلگر حرارتی خنک کاری روغن موتور دیزل دریایی
در پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی ثمر بخشی استفاده از نانو سیال در تبادلگرهای حرارتی خنک کن روغن موتور دیزل دریایی، سه سیال متفاوت با درصد حجمیهای متفاوتی از مواد نانو (Al2O3) در بازه رینولدزی 3 تا 48 هزار مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. از آنجایی که در تبادلگرهای حرارتی پوسته و لوله شرط مرزی حاکم در سطح تبادل حرارت، متفاوت از شرط های مرزی مرسوم و معروف دما ثابت یا شار ثابت در دیواره است، به حل همزمان جریان گرم و سرد درون تبادلگر پرداخته شد. تکفاز بودن نانو سیال، از جمله فرضیات بکار گرفته شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد اضافه کردن نانوذرات به سیال پایه در رینولدزهای پایین باعث ضریب عملکرد بالاتری در تبادلگر میشود. با افزایش درصد حجمی نانوذرات ضریب عملکرد مبدل کاهش پیدا میکند و حالت بهینه و ماکزیمم عملکرد مبدل حرارتی در درصد های حجمی مورد بررسی در رینولدز 20000 برای آب و 12000 برای اتیلن گلایکول اتفاق میافتد. به عبارت دیگر انتخاب سیال پایه با ضریب عملکرد بالاتر بسته به محدوده عدد رینولدز دارد. همچنین در این پژوهش به بررسی آب دریا به عنوان یه سیال خنک کننده در دسترس موتور دیزل دریایی پرداخته شد.

شبیه سازی و بررسی عملکرد یک سیستم هدایت نوعی با مدل سازی مناسب اجزای آن و تعیین حساسیت سیستم هدایت به ضرایب آیرودینامیکی
در امر هدایت اجسام، بیشتر فرمان هدایت با محاسبه زاویه خط دید، تولید می گردد. از بین الگوریتم های هدایت مبتنی بر خط دید، قانون هدایت تناسبی PN دارای کاربردهای فراوانی می باشد. در این قانون هدایت، نیاز به داشتن مشتق زاویه خط دید می باشد. در بین مطالعات موجود، زاویه خط دید با اندازه گیری زاویه های جسم و هدف تعیین شده و از آن مشتق عددی گرفته می شود. تغییرات زاویه خط دید بین وسیله و هدف، می تواند مستقیما توسط یک سیکر (بدون مشتق گیری) اندازه گیری گردد. چنین سیستم هدایتی یک سیستم هدایت مبتنی بر سیکر بوده که شامل زیر سیستم های سیکر، دینامیک وسیله، نوع مسیر پروازی و سنسورهای ناوبری میباشد. بدیهی است که هر کدام از زیرسیستم ها، وابسته به تعدادی پارامتر میباشد. در این مقاله با انجام شبیه سازی عددی، عملکرد یک حلقه هدایت مبتنی بر سیکر بر حسب ضرایب آیرودینامیکی آن حلقه بررسی می گردد.

شبیهسازی عددی جریان دو فازی ذرات معلق در هوا و مطالعه پیرامون رفتار ذرات گردوغبار تحت شرایط مختلف جوی و فرآیند رسوب ذرات گرد و غبار
ریزگردها و پیامدهای زیستی و فنی آنها امروزه تبدیل به مسئلهای شده که حتی ذهن پژوهشگران و صنعتگران را نیزدرگیر نموده و هر یک از آنها جنبهای را بررسی نمودهاند. در پژوهش حاضر ابتدا مروری اجمالی از وضعیت ریزگردها و معضلات زیست محیطی آنها در کشور بیان شده و نحوۀ مدلسازی حرکت ریزگردها در محدودۀ دانشگاه قم با استفاده از ابزار دینامیک سیالات محاسباتی تشریح گردیده است. سپس به نحوۀ تاثیر شرایط جوی و رسوب این ذرات در بخشی از دانشگاه قم و به صورت عددی پرداخته میشود. نتایج نشان داد که معماری ساختمان اثر قابل توجهی در توزیع ریزگردها در اطراف ساختمان دارد. سپس اثر جهت وزش باد بر توزیع ریزگردها بررسی شد. در حالت قرارگیری ساختمان بهصورتی که نیروی وارد بر آن کمینه باشد، میزان حبس ذرههای ریزگرد کاهش چشمگیری یافت. سپس اثر دما بر روی پراکنش ریزگردها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و تاثیر فصول مختلف بر پراکندگی ریزگردها بررسی شد. در محوطۀ مرکزی ساختمان در نظر گرفتن دما غلظت ذرههای گردوغبار را تا نود درصد کاهش داده است. در بخش آخر تجمع ذرهها در سطح زمین بررسی شد. نتایج حاکی از تاثیر پذیری انباشت ذرههای گردوغبار از جهت باد در محوطۀ مرکزی ساختمان مورد مطالعه بود.
