In the present paper debonding behavior of the adhesive joint between sandwich panel and pultruded profile is investigated by the finite element method. Cohesive zone model and contact elements are used in order to simulate the adhesive joint between stiffener and the panel. Representing the adhesive material, an embedded layer is modeled between the sandwich panel and profile. The effects of geometrical parameters including the thickness of the adhesive layer and profile on the behavior of joint are investigated. Moreover, the effect of initial defect in the adhesive joint on the debonding results is studied. The results present that in the prefect bonding, increasing in the thicknesses of the profile and adhesive layer improves the joint behavior against debonding. However in defected joint, increasing the profile thickness decreases the debonding load and presence of initial defect decreases the debonding load by 51%. The results also show that presence of embedded adhesive layer has positive effect on the debonding behavior of the joint. Initial debonding load without adhesive layer decreases by 40% in comparison with the joint containing 10 mm adhesive layer.}, keywords = {Adhesive Joint,Debonding,Initial Defect,Pultruded Profile,Sandwich panel}, title_fa = {تحلیل اجزاء محدود رفتار جدایش اتصال چسبی بین پانل ساندویچی و پروفیل کامپوزیتی تقویت کننده در بارگذاری خمشی}, abstract_fa = {استحکام اتصال چسبی بین اجزاء در سازه‌های کامپوزیتی، نقش بسیار مهمی در عملکرد این سازه‌ها تحت اثر بارگذاریهای اعمالی ایفا میکند. در این مقاله رفتار جدایش در اتصال چسبی بین پانل ساندویچی و پروفیل تقویت کننده به روش اجزاء محدود مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. مدلسازی اتصال چسبی با استفاده از حالت مود ترکیبی مدل ناحیه چسبنده و المان‌های تماسی صورت گرفت. همچنین یک لایه ماده چسب بین پروفیل و پانل ساندویچی برای اتصال اجزاء مدلسازی شد. تاثیر پارامترهای هندسی شامل ضخامت لایه چسب و ضخامت پروفیل تقویت کننده بر رفتار جدایش در اتصال بررسی شد. اثر وجود عیب اولیه در اتصال نیز بر روی نتایج مورد توجه قرار گرفت. مشخص شد که در نمونه-های بدون عیب، افزایش ضخامت پروفیل و چسب، خواص اتصال را بهبود می‌بخشند در حالی که در اتصال دارای عیب اولیه، افزایش ضخامت پروفیل شروع جدایش را پیش می‌اندازد. نتایج نشان داد وجود عیب اولیه نیروی شروع جدایش را تا 51% کاهش میدهد. همچنین مشخص شد وجود لایه چسب در رفتار جدایش اثر مثبت دارد بطوریکه تنش آغاز جدایش در مدل بدون لایه چسب بیش از 40% نسبت به مدل دارای لایه چسب با ضخامت 10 میلمیتر کمتر بوده و جدایش در آن زودتر اتفاق می‌افتد.}, keywords_fa = {اتصال چسبی,جدایش,عیب اولیه,پروفیل تقویت کننده,پانل ساندویچی}, url = {https://jsfm.shahroodut.ac.ir/article_645.html}, eprint = {https://jsfm.shahroodut.ac.ir/article_645_a8f24a24fe897a9143acc72bee5ca947.pdf} }
