Glass fiber polymer composites are corrosion resistant and in addition to having high strength, they are a cheaper option than steel pipes. In this paper, the mechanical behavior of composite and steel pipes used in oil transmission pipelines for fault angles at 45, 61, 75° under reverse fault is investigated using Abaqus software. The mechanical strength and maximum displacement size of composite pipes buried under reverse faulting are compared with steel pipes. The onset of damage in GREs and the yielding point of steel were predicted using Hashin’s initiation criteria considering four failure modes and the von Mises Stress, respectively. Quasi-static solution was used to analyze the soil’s behavior due to nature of loading. The yield point of soils was calculated according to Mohr-coulomb. The results showed that In reverse faulting, the compressive force will often be the yielding factor of buried pipes and In order to safely operate the buried pipe, steel pipes should be used at angles above 61° of reverse fault and unidirectional composite pipes at angles less than 61°. In addition, the maximum allowable displacement of the reverse fault at different angles of the fault is at least 70% higher for the unidirectional composite pipes of glass-epoxy fibers than the steel pipes. The results of this study can be used in the design studies of composite buried pipelines in areas with corrosive soils and active fault crossings.}, keywords = {Buried pipelines,The reinforced composite by glass fiber,Reverse faulting,Static load}, title_fa = {تحلیل رفتار مکانیکی خطوط لوله‌کامپوزیتی الیاف شیشه-اپوکسی مدفون در خاک و مقایسه با خطوط لوله فولادی}, abstract_fa = {جایگزینی لوله‌های فولادی با کامپوزیتی یکی از‌ راه‌های رویارویی با‌ پدیده خوردگی در خطوط لوله انتقال سیالات است. ‌کامپوزیت‌های پلیمری الیاف شیشه مقاوم در برابر خوردگی بوده و علاوه بر داشتن استحکام بالا یک گزینه ارزان‌تر نسبت به لوله‌های فولادی می باشند. در این مقاله، رفتار مکانیکی لوله‌کامپوزیتی و فلزی مورد استفاده در خطوط لوله انتقال نفت برای زوایای گسل در 45، 61، 75 درجه تحت گسلش‌معکوس با استفاده از نرم‌افزارآباکوس بررسی شده‌است. استحکام مکانیکی و اندازه بیشینه جابه‌جایی در لوله‌های‌کامپوزیتی مدفون تحت گسلش‌معکوس با لوله‌های فولادی مقایسه شده اند. معیار ون‌میسز برای بررسی تسلیم لوله فولادی و معیار شکست هاشین و مودهای چهارگانه آسیب برای بررسی خرابی در لوله‌کامپوزیتی الیاف شیشه- اپوکسی، استفاده ‌شده‌اند. روش حل به دلیل ماهیت گسل به‌صورت شبه‌استاتیکی انجام و معیار تسلیم خاک بر پایه تئوری کولمب موهر و با اجازه جدایش خاک از لوله در سطح مشترک لحاظ گردیده ‌است. مقایسه نتایج نشان داد به منظور بهره‌برداری ایمن از لوله مدفون و خنثی نمودن تنش فشاری که عامل اصلی تسلیم لوله‌های مدفون است، باید لوله‌های فولادی در زوایای بالای 61 درجه گسلش‌معکوس و لوله‌های کامپوزیتی تک جهته در زوایای کوچکتر از 61 درجه به‌کار گرفته شوند. همچنین اندازه بیشینه جابه‌جایی مجازگسل‌معکوس در زوایای گوناگون گسل، برای لوله‌کامپوزیتی حدود 70 درصد بیشتر از نمونه فولادی بوده است. نتایج حاصل در این پژوهش می‌تواند در مطالعات طراحی خطوط لوله مدفون کامپوزیتی در مناطق دارای خاک خورنده و محل عبور گسل‌های فعال مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.}, keywords_fa = {خطوط ‌لوله ‌مدفون‌,کامپوزیت الیاف شیشه,گسل‌معکوس}, url = {https://jsfm.shahroodut.ac.ir/article_2422.html}, eprint = {https://jsfm.shahroodut.ac.ir/article_2422_0505abd31488f7dbf44685a6e9f652e8.pdf} }
